Joel Levitt

Joel Levitt, President and owner of Action Duplication, Inc. has over 38 years of broadcasting, video production and duplication experience. He is a 1968 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and worked in broadcast television at WPHL-TV in Philadelphia for over 20 years, attaining the position of Production and Operations Manager.

In 1988, he was employed by High Speed Video, at that time the largest high speed video duplicator in the world. In 1990, Joel founded Action Duplication, one of the few companies in the world manufacturing DVD’s and Compact Discs and running High Speed VHS duplication. Action Duplication in West Conshohocken, PA now has 70 employees and satellite facilities in Maryland and Harrisburg.

Joel is a Board Member of the Philadelphia Police Athletic League (PAL) and is a member and serves on the board of several national industry associations.

He is married and has three adult children. His interests include tennis, golf, fishing, skiing, jet skiing. and gourmet cooking.

Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor, Vice President and General Manager of Action Duplication, Inc. has 20 years of media duplication experience.

He served 3 years in the United States Army and is a graduate of The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology with a degree in Electronic Engineering.

Prior to joining Action Duplication in 1990, he worked for Malvern based High Speed Video, the world's first duplicator to use high speed video duplication technology.

In 1990 Mike was one of the founding members of Action Duplication, and was instrumental in growing the company into the region's premier CD, DVD and VHS Duplicator. Action Duplication in West Conshohocken, PA now has 70 employees and satellite facilities in Maryland and Harrisburg.

He is married and has one adult child. His interests include computers, traveling and NASCAR.

William G. Sturm, CPA

Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of various business experience including public accounting, manufacturing and wholesale trade. Bill is involved with finance, banking, strategic planning and customer relations.

His education includes a BS in Accounting from Marquette University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Philadelphia Business Leaders Alliance.

Prior to joining Action Duplication Inc., Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Associated Resource Management Services Inc.

Bill serves on the boards of various civic, sports and school associations. He is also active in coaching several youth sports teams.

He is married with five children and his interests include golf, tennis, basketball and chess.

Craig Kuptsow

Craig Kuptsow, Director of Sales, joined Action Duplication in July of 1991, as a Senior Sales Manager to assist and develop new corporate clientele.

Craig was a former VP of Sales, at a Pennsylvania Film Transfer / Video Duplication firm. He established and managed the growth of a new video duplication division there. He has accumulated over 21 years of sales management experience in this industry.

Craig graduated from Widener University, with a degree in business management.

He spends his free time with wife, Kathleen and daughter Amanda.

Enjoys exercise and coaching Amanda in basketball & softball.

Steve Seyler

Steve Seyler, Plant Manager, joined Action Duplication in 2000 to launch their Optical Disc Division and now oversees disc manufacturing.

He has accumulated over 20 years of experience managing production and manufacturing operations for companies in Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts.

Steve studied Communication Arts at the Pennsylvania School of Art and Design and currently spends his free time playing blues piano, painting abstract landscapes and making video art.

Peter Diamond

Peter Diamond, IT & Multimedia Services Manager at Action Duplication, Inc. has more than 20 years of video, imaging and technology experience.

He is a graduate of Syracuse University, and did work as a photojournalist before moving to the video industry.

Peter started in the video rental industry before coming to Action Duplication.

He is married and has lived in the Philadelphia area for more than 20 years.
