Packaging
At Action Duplication, our service does not stop once your media is manufactured. We offer a full range of packaging and distribution services.
For VHS packaging, we inventory many styles of sleeves and cases in a variety of colors. We use high speed automated equipment to assure proper placement of labels, insertion of cassettes into custom printed sleeves, and overwrapping.
For labeling DVDs and CDs we use several different processes depending on the quantity, turnaround time and artwork specifications. In addition to the industry standard 5-Color Silk Screen process, we are one of the few companies in the world using On-Disc Digital printing. This process prints High Resolution Photo Quality images onto optical discs.
Discs can be ordered from us either spindled or completely packaged. We can use your packaging or we can produce for you the most elaborate printed packages. Our automated packaging equipment is used to insert discs and printing into jewel cases or sleeves. An automated production line also packages DVDs into Amaray style cases with printed inserts.
We can shrink wrap when needed, but for most projects we use our automated overwrapping equipment. Overwrapping produces a superior package and the most professional look, suitable for retail sale.
There are hundreds of different ways optical discs can be packaged. We inventory most of the generic options in a variety of colors and styles. We also offer many different custom printed packages. Templates for the most popular ones can be found on our website. Our experienced staff can help you decide on the most economical and efficient way to package your discs. The recommended packaging will depend on the intended audience, the method of distribution, and the budget for the project.
Our in house designers and sales staff are eager to help you design unique custom packaging. There is no limit to the way optical discs can be imaginatively presented.
Drop shipping and fulfillment services are also an integral part of the services we offer. We can use your carriers or ours. Because we work on-line with FedEx and UPS, tracking information is quickly available.
